Insomnia is a kind of sleep disorder where you cannot sleep at all at night. The sign of insomnia are 1) people are difficult in falling asleep 2) waking up many times during his sleep period or having difficulty is staying asleep. 3) Often waking too early in the morning 4) Not feeling refreshed after his sleep. There are three kinds of insomnia that you can recognize. The first one is mild insomnia. It involves difficulties is sleeping that last for just few days. Second is medium insomnia. This medium insomnia involves difficulties in sleeping that last for more than 2 weeks but less than a month. This medium insomnia usually comes together with the feeling of irritability and/or fatigue. The last one is severe insomnia. This kind of insomnia involves difficulties in sleeping for more than a month. Usually this insomnia will result in irritability, anxiety and fatigue.
